NON-SUBSTITUTION CLAUSE
Calculations, simulations, and numerical outputs provided by this suite are intended strictly for initial screening, preliminary feasibility, education, and conceptual planning. They do NOT substitute for certified commercial engineering simulators (such as Schlumberger Eclipse, Landmark VIP, Halliburton Compass, or PIPESIM), nor do they replace certified well-control software, regulatory filings, or qualified professional engineering judgement.
1. Safety-Critical Operations
Users must never use the drilling hydraulics, Equivalent Circulating Density (ECD), kick tolerance, surge/swab, or casing pressure calculations as the sole basis for live well-control operations, choke manifold adjustments, blowout preventer (BOP) activations, or high-pressure containment decisions.
2. Reserves Booking & SPE-PRMS Rules
Decline curve analyses (DCA) and Monte Carlo volumetric calculations (STOIIP/OGIP) provide preliminary mathematical forecasts only. They do not constitute certified reserves reports or formal 1P/2P resource bookings under SPE-PRMS, SEC, or COGEH guidelines. Formal reserves certifications require independent qualified reserves auditors.
3. Complete Client-Side Confidentiality
All entered well logs, production rates, fiscal terms, and reservoir parameters remain 100% inside your local web browser. No data is ever transmitted, logged, or stored on AshToolbox servers.
